Helix Recovery & Wellness is a New Hampshire Non-Profit organization dedicated to providing free, accessible fitness to the New Hampshire recovery community.

We offer free one-on-one and group fitness instruction, coaching, and classes to people recovering from substance abuse.  Our community promotes physical health and teaches how to continue that success for a lifetime by developing an authentic passion for physical expression and learning how to build community around fitness.
